This one off house was developed by TG Designer Homes on the Kent coast as a family home showcasing our Terano Pivot statement doorset in yellow.
One off developments certainly have the edge when it comes to choosing the door detail.So when TG Designer Homes decided to go yellow for this particular house we weren't surprised. Black cladding and black brick make up the entire facade of this house creating a striking contemporary cube design. There is one other yellow detail on the building to a window on the top floor which is framed with a steel detail.
To create a further statement with the door it is over-sized at 2.7m tall and 1.5m wide.

The contemporary feel continues inside this development with concrete flooring, a bespoke plywood staircase by Carl Trenfield and crisp white walls. All these elements highlight the beauty of the door and it's impact on the interior as well as the exterior.
Although the space is light already, the door has a vision panel to allow more light into the ground floor. The design of the door allows it to feel contemporary but also classic in that it is vertically boarded and with a long stainless steel pull.
